About the Role

TalentMesh is an AI-powered recruitment startup that combines people data with cutting-edge frameworks to enable faster, more inclusive, and more accurate hiring. As we continue developing our technology platform to support recruitment, we’re looking for a talented UX/UI Designer to help design and evolve our product.

This is a part-time remote position with the potential to grow into a full-time role with equity opportunity as the company scales.

What You’ll Do

• Lead the UX design of TalentMesh’s core software product
• Create user journeys, wireframes, and high-fidelity designs using Figma.
• Collaborate closely with our engineering and recruitment teams to translate product vision into elegant, usable interfaces.
• Conduct user research, usability testing, and iterate on designs based on feedback.
• Maintain a consistent design system and UI component library.
• Contribute insights and proposals on product features, flows, and experience strategy.
