Data Analyst with German [m/f/x] - 100% remote

Contract of Employment: 10 000 - 11 000 PLN gross


As a Data Analyst, you will collaborate with national and international teams, including stakeholders, to provide insightful recommendations, initiate joint projects, and ensure high-quality service delivery. Your role will focus on advancing a unified system for digital audience measurement while maintaining strong relationships with clients.


Responsibilities:

  • You will evaluate and interpret data submissions, ensuring accuracy and quality.
  • A key part of your role will involve contributing to the development of platforms that verify, monitor, and analyze data.
  • Handling client data requests and conducting specialized analyses will be part of your daily tasks, alongside automating recurring reports to enhance efficiency.
  • You will review and approve necessary changes to data submissions and monitor trends related to technical developments, providing relevant insights.
  • Addressing quality and delivery issues, whether through direct communication or project management tools, will be critical to maintaining high standards.
  • Attending in customer meetings, presenting clear updates on projects and offering actionable recommendations.
  • Additionally, you will participate in expert committees and workshops, ensuring seamless coordination with internal teams and active contributions to meetings.
  • Managing customer relationships will be a core responsibility, delivering meaningful insights, setting clear expectations, and maintaining a high level of service.


Skills & Qualifications:

  • Fluent in English and German (min. C1/C2 level), with strong communication skills.
  • Proven experience in data analysis and a relevant university degree.
  • Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel, including working with complex formulas, data analysis, and automation tools.
  • Strong problem-solving and analytical thinking abilities.
  • Proven client communication and service skills, with a focus on understanding business needs and providing data-driven solutions.
  • Excellent collaboration, organizational, and project management abilities.


Nice-to-have:

  • Familiarity with the media industry and its dynamics.
  • Experience working with Tableau for data visualization and analysis.
