Your new role
As a People Project Support Specialist, you will be responsible for supporting the planning, execution, and monitoring of specific People projects. You will work closely with legal, HR, and operational teams to ensure all project phases are delivered on time and in accordance with organisational and legal standards.
Key responsibilities include:
- Assist in defining project goals and validating them with stakeholders
- Support the creation of detailed action plans with clear responsibilities and timelines
- Coordinate with departments to secure resources and incentives
- Draft and review communication plans to ensure stakeholders are informed
- Liaise with teams to ensure timely updates and notifications
- Organise meetings with legal teams and stakeholders
- Ensure legal notifications and representations are completed within deadlines
- Monitor for objections or issues during the project lifecycle
- Track project progress and report regularly to stakeholders
- Identify risks and propose mitigation strategies
- Ensure timely and complete execution of all actions
- Provide support on other tasks to ensure project success
What you'll need to succeed
- Degree in Human Resources, Law, or Business
- Minimum 5 years of experience as an HR legal advisor
- Strong background in Labour Law application
- Excellent organisational and multitasking skills
- Strong communication and interpersonal abilities
- Experience in project management or similar roles
- Mandatory knowledge of legal and organisational project requirements
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively
