Software Engineer

to join our team at our location in Oslo

Your key responsibilities:

In this role, you will work as a full-stack engineer, primarily focusing on backend tasks and having smaller front-end responsibilities. You will join one of our products, and daily your tasks will be:
Design, develop, test, and ship robust, maintainable, and readable software, applications, APIs, and other workflows.
Attend regular scrum ceremonies as a member of an agile cross-functional team.
Analyse, discuss and implement business requirements while maintaining good documentation of the systems and components you create.
Adopt, implement, and provide feedback on organizational and industry standards and practices that will positively impact our engineering culture.

What will help you to succeed in the role:

We are looking for you to apply if you are at the beginning of your IT career or have a few years of experience. To succeed in the role, you have:

A university degree in the IT field
Hands-on experience with C# and the .NET framework.
Some experience in developing, shipping, and maintaining cloud-based applications.
A good understanding of RESTful APIs.
Some knowledge of frontend development with any modern JavaScript framework (e.g., React, Angular, or Vue.js).
Familiarity with microservices and distributed architecture is a plus.
Experience with relational databases, preferably SQL Server.
Knowledge of cloud development and experience with Azure is a bonus.
Written and spoken English proficiency to communicate and collaborate with our international team.
