Job Summary:

We are seeking a proficient Full Stack Developer with strong expertise in backend technologies such as Laravel and Node.js and working experience in modern frontend frameworks. The ideal candidate will primarily focus on backend development while contributing to frontend tasks as needed. This role involves building scalable, high-performance web applications and ensuring seamless functionality across the stack.

Key Responsibilities:

Design, develop, and maintain scalable web applications using Laravel for backend development.

Contribute to frontend development using React.js or Next.js for implementing user interfaces.

Develop and optimize backend systems using Node.js and PHP (Laravel).

Implement real-time communication systems using WebSockets to support concurrent users.

Collaborate with designers, product managers, and other stakeholders to define technical requirements.

Ensure code quality through best practices, including testing, code reviews, and CI/CD workflows.

Troubleshoot and resolve backend issues and assist with frontend-related challenges when necessary.

Continuously optimize application performance, scalability, and security for high traffic environments.

Requirements:

3+ years of experience in full-stack development, with strong expertise in Laravel (PHP) and Node.js.

Working experience with frontend technologies such as React.js, Next.js, HTML5, and CSS3.

Hands-on experience with real-time communication features using WebSockets.

Strong knowledge of RESTful API design, GraphQL, and building microservices.

Proficiency with SQL (e.g., MySQL) and NoSQL databases (e.g., MongoDB, Redis).

Experience deploying and managing applications on cloud infrastructure (AWS, GCP, or Azure).

Solid understanding of backend performance optimization and caching strategies.

Proficiency with version control systems (Git), CI/CD pipelines, and modern development workflows.

Strong problem-solving and debugging skills with a primary focus on backend development.

Preferred Skills:

Familiarity with serverless architecture and containerization tools like Docker and Kubernetes.

Experience with Redis, Elasticsearch, or similar tools for performance optimization.

Basic understanding of responsive design and UX/UI principles.

Knowledge of real-time data monitoring, system metrics, and security best practices.
