Role Overview:
We are seeking a highly skilled Data Scientist with expertise in Python, NLP, and Generative AI (LLMs) to design, train, and optimize advanced AI models. The ideal candidate will bring deep hands-on experience with machine learning frameworks, neural architectures, and data pipelines to deliver scalable and high-performance AI solutions.
Key Responsibilities:
- Design, develop, and fine-tune machine learning and deep learning models, including LLMs and NLP-based systems.
- Implement and optimize model training, tuning, and evaluation pipelines using Python and modern ML frameworks.
- Develop robust data preprocessing and augmentation workflows for both structured and unstructured datasets.
- Work with linguistic data, annotation, and text analytics for NLP-based model development.
- Leverage GPU acceleration and parallel computing for efficient model training and inference.
- Research and experiment with cutting-edge architectures such as CNNs, RNNs, LSTMs, GANs, and Transformers.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams (Data Engineers, MLOps, and Product) to deploy and maintain AI models in production environments.
Required Qualifications:
- 5+ years of experience in machine learning and AI model development, including tuning and training of large-scale models.
- Strong proficiency in Python and ML/DL libraries such as TensorFlow, PyTorch, scikit-learn, CUDA, ONNX, TorchServe, etc.
- Solid understanding of deep learning architectures — CNNs, RNNs, LSTMs, GANs, Transformers.
- Proven experience in Natural Language Processing (NLP), Linguistics, and Annotation workflows.
- Hands-on expertise in data preprocessing, augmentation, and pipeline automation.
- Experience with GPU acceleration, distributed systems, and parallel computing.
- Strong problem-solving, research, and analytical skills.
Good to Have:
- Exposure to Generative AI model development, fine-tuning LLMs, or custom model training.
- Familiarity with MLOps practices, model deployment, and monitoring tools.
- Knowledge of cloud AI platforms (AWS SageMaker, Azure ML, GCP Vertex AI).
Education:
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Data Science, Artificial Intelligence, or related fields.
- Ph.D. in a relevant domain is a plus.
