The company is seeking senior consultants to join its IT development teams for a limited period. The consultants will be responsible for working on development and maintenance tasks, as well as contributing to project tasks within the IT teams. The role will involve collaborating closely with solution architects and product owners, and may also require leadership responsibilities within the development team. Additionally, the consultants will play a key role in the ongoing modernization of the company's core systems.

Responsibilities

• Standard software development in agile teams, including developing new functionality, unit testing, code review, troubleshooting, and bug fixing.
• Specification of programming documentation for other developers.
• Collaboration with solution architects and product owners to define needs and requirements.
• Potential leadership of a development team.
  
  

Requirements

Experience to be documented in CV:

• Experience with development and maintenance of case management systems in the public sector with a high degree of automation.
• Full-stack development experience.
• Proficiency in Microsoft technologies, including .Net Framework 4, WCF, and newer versions of .Net, both on-prem and in Azure.
• Experience using ORM frameworks such as Entity Framework for both .Net Framework and .Net.
• Experience in developing container-based solutions, including those based on the Dapr framework.
• Experience in leading development teams.
  
  

Experience to be documented in a solution description:

• Experience in multi-year projects involving step-by-step modernization/migration of solutions to a new platform.
• Collaboration with product owners to describe needs and requirements.
• Description of programming documentation for other developers.
• Experience and motivation to coach other team members in development work.
  
  

Competencies 1, 6, and 7 will be given the highest weight. Competency requirements 1–6 should be documented in the CV, and requirements 7–10 should be addressed in a separate solution description. Interviews will be conducted if necessary.

Knowledge Transfer:

Continuous knowledge transfer to relevant professionals within the IT department will be a key aspect of the role.

Language Requirement:

Proficiency in Norwegian, equivalent to at least a B2 level, is essential due to the company's use of Norwegian as its working language for all code and documentation.
