A Day in Your Life at MKS:

As the TA & Emerging Talent Coordinator, you will have a central role and will help shore up inefficiencies and drive us forward in our desire to hire the best talent our markets have to offer. You will be part and you will support our EMEA Talent Acquisition team, as well as the Emerging Talent team.

The role is hybrid, with 3 days office presence at our Bucharest site, with 1 year contract employment initially.

You will Make an Impact By:

Provide support to the regional TA team in EMEA

  • Support recruitment reporting activities
  • Support recruiters on administrative tasks
  • Responsible of the ticketing system
  • Ensure our process maps, procedures and manuals are up to date
  • Harmonize administrative processes across the region
  • Identifying and assisting to improve our ATS capability will be a crucial aspect of this position
  • Work on continuous improvements initiatives for the region

Support the regional Emerging Talent Program:

  • Assist with training managers, buddies, and HR Partners on expectations prior to the internship program start date (e.g., program details, projects, responsibilities).
  • Facilitates intern-specific onboarding, social events, performance management process, experience surveys and offboarding.
  • Partners with key stakeholders such as leadership team, executive assistants, business specific SMEs, and key cross-functional stakeholders internally to ensure smooth running of intern programs and other campus initiatives.
  • Engage with universities to establish partnerships aimed at attracting new college graduates, focusing on STEM and other initiatives.
  • Support regional Campus Recruiting initiatives.

Skills You Bring:

  • Familiarity with Campus recruitment, program management & talent acquisition.
  • Ideally to have experience in an admin capacity or other relevant experience - your personality and mindset are what really matters here
  • Outstanding interpersonal and communication skills.
  • Ability to adapt to a diverse work environment and embrace changes.
  • Self-motivated with a strong sense of accountability.
  • The desire to be working as part of a team with flat hierarchies, where your voice is heard and your suggestions carry weight
  • Excellent organizational skills – you always keep on top of your work
  • Fluent English is a must, other languages a plus.
