Position Summary
The HR Expert – Recruitment & Outsourcing is a strategic and operational HR professional responsible for delivering comprehensive human resource solutions, with a primary focus on recruitment, talent outsourcing, and workforce optimization. The incumbent will play a critical role in designing, implementing, and managing talent acquisition strategies and HR outsourcing programs that align with corporate objectives and enhance organizational effectiveness.
Key Responsibilities
1. Recruitment and Talent Acquisition
- Lead and execute end-to-end recruitment processes for internal and external client requirements.
- Develop and implement sourcing strategies to attract high-quality candidates across multiple disciplines and markets.
- Conduct structured interviews, assessments, and selection processes to ensure optimal candidate fit.
- Partner with department heads and client stakeholders to understand workforce requirements and align recruitment initiatives with business goals.
- Maintain recruitment metrics and dashboards to evaluate hiring effectiveness and time-to-fill performance.
2. HR Outsourcing Management
- Oversee HR outsourcing operations, including contract management, payroll coordination, benefits administration, and compliance oversight for outsourced personnel.
- Act as the primary liaison between the organization and client companies, ensuring delivery of high-quality HR services.
- Develop service-level agreements (SLAs) and ensure adherence to client expectations and contractual commitments.
- Manage onboarding, performance tracking, and offboarding processes for outsourced employees.
3. Employee Relations and Compliance
- Ensure full compliance with local labor laws, regulatory requirements, and corporate HR policies.
- Provide expert guidance on employee relations matters, grievance handling, and disciplinary procedures.
- Maintain accurate HR documentation and ensure confidentiality and data integrity in all HR operations.
4. Workforce Planning and HR Strategy
- Support long-term workforce planning initiatives to ensure optimal staffing levels for both internal operations and outsourced projects.
- Collaborate with senior leadership to identify talent gaps and propose proactive HR solutions.
- Drive continuous improvement in HR processes through innovation, technology adoption, and operational efficiency.
5. Employer Branding and Talent Engagement
- Contribute to the organization’s employer branding initiatives to strengthen its market position as an employer of choice.
- Design and implement engagement programs to enhance employee motivation, retention, and productivity.
Qualifications and Experience
Education:
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources Management, Business Administration, or related discipline (Master’s degree preferred).
Experience:
- Minimum of 7–10 years of progressive experience in human resources, with significant expertise in recruitment, outsourcing, and HR operations.
- Demonstrated experience managing large-scale recruitment and HR outsourcing projects within a corporate or consulting environment.
- Strong understanding of HR compliance, employment law, and workforce management best practices.
Technical Skills:
- Proficiency in HRIS/ATS platforms and MS Office Suite.
- Strong analytical and reporting capabilities using HR data and metrics.
