ManpowerGroup Romania is looking for an HR Generalist to join one of the largest international pharmaceutical production companies.


The HR Generalist will play a key role in supporting day-to-day HR operations. The role involves hands-on support in areas such as recruitment coordination, onboarding, training, employee relations — with a particular focus on supporting HR activities related to employee development, trainigs and career path. The ideal candidate will ensure smooth HR processes, compliance with labor legislation, and strong alignment with company policies and culture.


Requirements:

  • University degree in Human Resources, Psychology, Business Administration, or related field
  • Minimum 3–5 years of experience in an HR Generalist or HR Specialist role
  • Experience in the pharmaceutical or healthcare industry
  • Solid understanding of Romanian labor legislation and HR best practices.
  • Proficient in MS Office (Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).
  • Excellent communication skills in English (C1 level).
  • Strong organizational skills, with attention to detail and ability to manage multiple priorities.
  • Proactive, collaborative, and able to work independently.


Main Responsibilities:

  • Provide daily HR support to employees and managers across all departments
  • Coordinate and support the recruitment process in collaboration with internal managers and external partners
  • Manage and continuously improve onboarding and offboarding processes to ensure a positive and consistent employee experience
  • Maintain accurate employee records and ensure compliance with internal policies and Romanian labor laws
  • Support performance management, learning & development, and employee engagement initiatives
  • Assist in the implementation of HR programs and procedures, ensuring consistency and fairness across all teams
  • Collaborate with external HR service providers (payroll, recruitment agencies, training vendors)
  • Prepare HR-related reports and contribute to HR planning and budgeting activities (training, compensation, recruitment)
  • Participate in HR projects, audits, and process improvement initiatives to increase HR operational efficiency
