We are seeking a skilled Full Stack Web Developer to join our dynamic team. As a Full Stack Developer, you will be responsible for developing and maintaining both the front-end and back-end of web applications, ensuring seamless user experiences, robust functionality, and optimized performance. You will work with cross-functional teams to turn business requirements into effective solutions by leveraging your expertise in various web technologies.

Key Responsibilities

  • Web Application Development
  • Develop and maintain scalable and secure web applications using both front-end and back-end technologies.
  • Build responsive and visually appealing user interfaces, ensuring cross-browser compatibility and mobile responsiveness.
  • Implement efficient server-side logic, APIs, and databases to support front-end functionalities.
  • Front-End Development
  • Write clean, maintainable code using HTML, CSS, and JavaScript.
  • Utilize modern JavaScript frameworks like React, Angular, or Vue.js to create dynamic, interactive UIs.
  • Optimize applications for maximum speed, usability, and scalability.
  • Back-End Development
  • Develop and maintain server-side applications using Node.js, Python, Ruby, PHP, or similar technologies.
  • Design and manage databases (SQL, NoSQL) and create RESTful APIs for data exchange between server and front-end.
  • Implement user authentication, authorization, and security best practices.
  • Testing and Debugging
  • Write unit, integration, and end-to-end tests to ensure code quality and functionality.
  • Debug and troubleshoot issues across different browsers, devices, and platforms.

Continuous Improvement

  • Stay up-to-date with the latest web development trends, frameworks, and best practices.
  • Continuously improve codebase, application performance, and development processes.

Required Skills And QualificationsTechnical Skills

  • Front-End Technologies: Proficiency in HTML5, CSS3, JavaScript (ES6+), and experience with front-end frameworks such as React, Angular, or Vue.js.
  • Back-End Technologies: Experience with server-side languages and frameworks such as Node.js, Express, Django, Flask, Ruby on Rails, or Laravel.
  • Database Management:
  • APIs: Experience in building and consuming RESTful APIs and integrating third-party services.
  • Version Control:
  • Deployment: Familiarity with cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, Google Cloud) and containerization tools like Docker.

Soft Skills

  • Problem-Solving: Ability to tackle complex problems, think critically, and deliver well-thought-out solutions.
  • Communication: Excellent verbal and written communication skills to collaborate effectively with team members and stakeholders.
  • Time Management: Ability to manage multiple tasks, meet deadlines, and deliver quality work in a fast-paced environment.
  • Attention to Detail: Meticulous approach to writing clean, efficient, and well-documented code.

Preferred Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
  • 3+ years of experience in full stack web development.
  • Experience with DevOps tools and practices (CI/CD pipelines, Jenkins, Kubernetes).
  • Knowledge of web performance optimization, SEO, and security best practices.
  • Familiarity with Agile/Scrum methodologies.
