Technical:

• Understanding of IT Service Management (ITSM) and IT Infrastructure Libraries (ITIL) processes
• Knowledge and experience in managing monitoring systems
• Troubleshooting skills and experience
• Understanding of network design best practices
• Advanced English
• Experience & knowledge in public cloud environments (Azure, AWS)
• Experience & knowledge with DevOps, IaC, CI/CD tools and practices (terraform, pipelines, code repos)
Responsibilities:
• Troubleshooting of network infrastructure related incidents and resolve problems on time.
• Escalate to senior network engineers when needed.
• Execute predefined tasks for ongoing projects and participate in new design planning when requested.
• Implement changes on mission critical environments
• On–Call duty during after business hours – optional; paid separately
• Consult clients when needed
• Prepare and update project documentation
• Execute installations, configurations, migrations, and tests on supported network infrastructure
• Be the first line of customer contact for support activities. Contacts only with IT people, no end users
• Operate entirely conforming to ITSM and ITIL practices and procedures
