Data Analyst - Romania

We seek a Data Analyst - Semi-senior level who shares our passion for innovation and change. This role is critical to helping our business partners evolve and adapt to consumers' personalized expectations in this new technological era.

As Data Analyst VISIER, you will play a central role in the configuration of dashboards and KPIs within the new analytics solution. You will work closely with the Analytics Lead, the Adjunct Lead Analytics, the Implementation Lead, and the RBP Lead, ensuring that business requirements are translated into high-quality, governed analytics.

This role requires a strong foundation in HR analytics, data analysis, and visualization practices, combined with curiosity and adaptability to quickly learn and master VISIER, a solution new to the European market.

You will also support the transition away from Power BI and People Analytics, contributing to the creation of dashboards that are both reliable

and user-friendly for HR stakeholders and managers worldwide.
