Job Description
The Lund teams cover a wide range of technology areas such as embedded real-time systems, communication via CAN-bus, Bluetooth Low-Energy and cellular displays. We also develop user interfaces on RTOS platforms, and algorithm development which includes machine learning and interaction with cloud backend and mobile Apps.
The teams are involved throughout the development process, from HW evaluation to maintenance mode. We work in an agile way, using SAFe.
As an Embedded Software Developer, you will design, integrate, and debug software for products and modules for the Bosch eBike System. You will also be part of creative and innovative activities for bike computers, connectivity modules and other eBike parts.
Qualifications
- Master/Bachelor in Electrical Engineering, Computer Science, or similar.
- 10+ years of embedded software development experience, preferably within IoT products
- Hands on experience within embedded IoT networking protocols such as CoAP/MQTT/REST and/or V2X (DSRC or/and c-V2X)
- Experience of:
- C++ programming using RTOS (e.g Free RTOS) systems
- developing efficient code for systems with constrained systems e.g. small memory footprint, low power requirements etc.
- integration and debugging (JTAG or similar) of sub-systems and peripherals
- Hands on experience with Bluetooth/BLE, WiFi, UWB or NFC
- Leveraging DevSecOps practices and techniques to ensure fast and quality assured content. This includes threat modeling, automated security testing, CI/CD, communication and collaboration.
- Service development and IoT management.
- Low power design and measurement
- C programming skills
- Algorithm development, machine learning and the Atlassian tool suite
