As a Full Stack .NET Developer, you’ll play a key role in building high-quality software solutions that power our internal and external operations. Working closely with your team, you’ll transform business needs into clean, efficient, and scalable code — while ensuring everything is well-documented and thoroughly tested. You’re not just writing code; you’re shaping the systems that keep our business running smoothly.
We’re looking for a developer who is curious, collaborative, and passionate about creating great software. If you love problem-solving, clean architecture, and continuous improvement, we’d love to have you on our team.
What You’ll Do
- Develop and maintain custom-built applications, contributing to bi-weekly release cycles.
- Review code and provide constructive feedback to help elevate the whole team.
- Refactor and optimize existing code to enhance performance and reduce technical debt.
- Solve daily challenges, balancing short-term fixes with sustainable long-term solutions.
- Translate user stories into clear development tasks and write comprehensive unit tests.
- Proactively propose improvements to architecture and system design, collaborating with the IT Manager or Team Lead.
- You have 3+ years of experience as a Full Stack or Back-End Developer.
- Skilled in HTML, CSS, C#, SQL, and .NET Core.
- Experienced with Azure DevOps or similar platforms.
- Knowledge of Microservices, Kubernetes, and preferably Microsoft Azure.
- Fluent in English, both spoken and written.
- You thrive in an Agile environment.
- You’re communicative, analytical, and well-organized — a true team player.
