About The Role
As our Product Manager at Xensam, you’ll own the delivery and evolution of our agent and connector products. You’ll drive execution, ensure roadmap delivery, and align product, engineering, and business teams.
You’re both strategic and hands-on, balancing long-term vision with daily execution. You turn customer and business needs into actionable plans, deliver quality releases, and continuously improve how we work as a team and your role evolve.

Responsibilities
You will drive quality, structure, and efficiency across teams. You will play a key role in ensuring smooth collaboration between engineering, QA, and operations. Furthermore, you will also own and prioritize the product backlog, defining clear motivation and acceptance criteria.
Other responsibilities that you will have:
- Ensure roadmap delivery on time and to quality, managing dependencies and cross-team coordination.
- Drive team priorities and workflow, maintaining execution efficiency and visibility in tooling.
- Oversee the entire product lifecycle - from ideation and definition to release validation and post-deployment quality.
- Collaborate with QA and Support to triage issues and balance roadmap progress, technical debt, and bug fixes.
- Gather and integrate customer and business feedback into actionable roadmap decisions.
- Partner with leadership to define and refine the roadmap for your sub-products.
- Validate delivered features to ensure alignment with product goals and user expectations.
- Contribute to cross-product collaboration, ensuring alignment with the broader platform architecture and vision.
- Act as a key bridge between business, engineering, and operations to maintain alignment and momentum.
- Help define future ways of working across product and engineering teams.
- Support hiring, onboarding, and organizational scaling as Xensam continues to grow.
Qualifications
- 5+ years of experience as a Product Manager, with proven success in B2B SaaS.
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent in computer science, software engineering, or a related field.
- Strong understanding of agile delivery and end-to-end product ownership.
- Excellent collaboration and communication skills across technical and non-technical teams.
- Data-driven mindset with a focus on continuous improvement and delivery predictability.
- Ability to prioritize, organize, and execute in a dynamic, fast-growing environment.
Bonus points if you
- Have experience with ServiceNow.
- Have experience in SAM/ITAM.
