Our client, a forward-thinking manufacturing company in Landskrona, is looking for a Project Coordinator to join their team on a temporary assignment until the end of January 2026. This is an excellent opportunity for someone who is available now and wants to build valuable experience in project coordination within a technical and fast-paced setting.

We are now looking for a Project Coordinator to join our R&D team – a key role where you will combine structure, collaboration and forward thinking to support the development of future products. Here you will have the opportunity to work closely with our project managers, researchers and engineers and help turn ideas into reality. The role is temporary until end of January 2026 covering for a paternity leave.
What you will do
As a Project Coordinator you will be responsible together with the Project Manager for planning, leading, and monitoring the already now running NPD projects in Landskrona. These projects are now in early phases with a lot of connection towards our specialists within R&D.
Tasks will include
- Follow up on deliveries and milestones that have been set and planned by the Project Manager and Project team
- Reporting progress using the project management tool
- toolLeading and documenting cross-functional project team meetings
- Act as a bridge between different departments and stakeholders
- Keep in close contact and align with the Project Manager
- Together with the team, identify and manage risks that may affect the progress and success of the project.
In this role, you will get the opportunity to work closely together with many departments. It is a hands-on role and daily contact with the engineers and stakeholders will be mandatory for your success.
You will also work close to project managers in other countries such as Slovakia and China.
Your background
- University degree (bachelor or masters) preferably in mechanical engineering.
- System knowledge from project management software is good but not mandatory.
- Experience from a leading role where you have coordinated tasks towards a common goal.
- Experience from energy industry or a production company will be seen as a merit.
- You are fluent in Swedish and English, both verbal and written.
