Senior Planner

About the Role

SilverBack is recruiting on behalf of a client for an experienced Senior Planner to support a large-scale industrial project in Sweden. The successful candidate will be responsible for leading the project planning and scheduling activities, ensuring alignment across engineering, procurement, and construction teams. This role requires a strong background in civil engineering and hands-on expertise in developing and managing project programmes with Primavera P6.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead the planning and scheduling function on a high-profile industrial project.
• Develop, update, and maintain detailed project schedules in Primavera P6.
• Coordinate lookahead planning, progress tracking, and recovery strategies.
• Work closely with design, procurement, and construction teams to ensure milestone achievement.
• Provide clear reporting and forecasts to project stakeholders.
• Use data-driven insights to identify risks and support decision-making.

What We’re Looking For

• 7+ years of experience in planning & scheduling for large-scale industrial or infrastructure projects.
• Strong expertise with Primavera P6.
• Degree in Civil Engineering or equivalent technical qualification.
• Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills.
• EU citizenship is required.
