Additionally, we are onboarding new customers in the Nordics and the United Kingdom onto our next-generation software platform. Our focus is primarily on the Demand Response Transport (DRT) segment.

To meet our customers’ needs, we are seeking a structured and persistent project manager with experience in implementing software solutions and leading development projects—including requirements gathering, analysis, and documentation.

You will be part of a dynamic and high-performing team within an informal organization, where we combine agile methodologies with strong and secure project leadership.

Your Responsibilities

As a Project Manager at Voyagerr, your responsibilities will include:

  • Leading development and implementation processes in close collaboration with our customers.
  • Managing requirements gathering, analysis, and documentation within projects.
  • Establishing and following up on project timelines and activity plans, including reporting status and plans to both customers and internal stakeholders.

As a project manager in Voyagerr, You will contribute to delivering complex business-critical software solutions, where quality and process are at utmost importance. You will play a key role in the ongoing prioritization and planning of team activities and tasks, as well as contributing to the continued refinement of our delivery and implementation model.

About You

We expect you to:

  • Have solid experience in project management within the software industry or a related field, preferably from a supplier’s perspective.
  • Have experience leading product development and implementation projects for customers.
  • Be business-oriented and results-driven, with a strong focus on customer satisfaction and delivery.
  • Work in a structured manner and take pride in maintaining an overview and staying ahead of the curve.
  • Possess strong analytical skills and the ability to execute relevant tasks independently.
  • Be persistent, empathetic, and skilled at helping others understand the value of working towards shared goals.
  • Have an educational background in IT (Extensive experience in leading complex IT implementation projects can be considered in place of formal education in IT)

You should be fluent in both written and spoken Swedish and proficient in English at a professional level. If you can communicate in Danish and Norwegian it´s valuable and highly meritorious, as you will work closely with customers in Sweden and Norway.

Experience with public-sector projects and tender-processes is also highly meritorious. Additionally, while prior experience in Demand Response Transport is highly beneficial, it is not a requirement—we value a willingness to learn over specific domain expertise.

About What We Offer

As a Project Manager, you will enjoy a high degree of autonomy, managing your daily tasks independently. You will experience a challenging and rewarding work environment with broad interactions across the organization, all within an informal culture characterized by engagement, business acumen, and positivity.

The team consists of experienced consultants, system specialists, and project managers who prioritize collaboration, knowledge sharing, and common goals. Your closest team are primarily based in Denmark, Norway, Sweden, France and the UK. During the initial phase of your employment, it is important that you can do some travelling to ensure the best possible onboarding experience.

We conduct regular team meetings where knowledge, information, and updates are exchanged in an informal setting.
