What do we expect from 'Business Analyst '?


  • Overall Business Monitoring: Continuously monitor whole product development process and promptly identify development trends, opportunities, and challenges.
  • Data Analysis and Insight Generation: Conduct in-depth data analysis, extract insights, and drive the company to achieve revenue and profit growth in the EU fashion e-commerce field.
  • Problem Identification and Solution Provision: Proactively identify existing problems and propose specific solutions of current product development process.
  • Cross-functional Team Collaboration: Collaborate with teams across different functions to jointly promote the implementation and continuous improvement of the company’s strategy.
  • Ad-hoc support for emergencies and progress monitoring for key projects: Provide temporary support for urgent matters and monitor the progress of key projects.


What does a ' Business Analyst ' have?


  • Bachelor's degree or above, with preference given to majors in Business Administration, Economics, Math, Computer Science, or related fields.
  • More than 1 year full-time or internship experience in strategy/business operations in well-known Internet companies, management consulting firms, or rapidly growing global operating companies.
  • Experience in supplier management in E-Commerce or fashion companies. Those with in-depth experience and knowledge in supply chain management and category planning will be given priority.
  • Good project execution ability to ensure the smooth progress of projects from planning to implementation.
  • Excellent English written and oral communication skills to explain complex concepts to different audiences.
  • Proficient in data analysis tools and software: Excel, SQL, and Tableau, with good mathematical ability. Familiar with basic e-commerce sales indicators (such as GMV, conversion rate, average order value, etc.)
  • Ability to work independently, result-oriented, with strong pressure resistance and a sense of responsibility.
