What Responsibilities DevOps Engineer Takes?

• Provide a secure, high-scalable, and cost-effective cloud platform.
• Design, implement, and maintain infrastructure for applications.
• Build and maintain systems that will monitor applications and the infrastructure.
• Installation, manage and monitor kubernetes clusters in cloud and on-premises.
• Built and maintained secure CI/CD pipelines using Jenkins, GitLab CI, and GitHub Actions, integrating static code analysis, vulnerability scans, and automated patching.
• Develop and maintain automation tools for manual operational jobs.
• Enforced security best practices including network segmentation, firewall policies, and secure communication protocols (TLS, VPN).
• Working with security and software teams to improve security of projects.
• Experience with Hardware Security Module (HSM) integration for cryptographic key management.
• Kubernetes certifications (CKA/CKAD) or Terraform Associate. (is a plus)
• Solve problems and create solutions to prevent them from happening again.

• 5+ years of DevOps experience.
• Strong knowledge of networking, virtualization (VMware), Linux (RHEL/CentOS/Debian) / Windows administration, and automation tooling.
• Designed, deployed, and maintained Kubernetes clusters in production-grade, on-premises and hybrid environments, ensuring high availability and scalability.
• Scripting experience with at least one: Bash, GoLang, Python.
• Developed infrastructure as code with Terraform and Ansible; automated provisioning across VMware vSphere and hybrid environments.
• Experience working with containerized workloads Docker, Kubernetes, Helm, Rancher, EKS, GKE.
• Experience with monitoring and alerting tools: Newrelic, Zabbix, Prometheus, Alert Manager, Grafana.
