Senior Product Designer (Remote - Europe)

As a Senior Product Designer, you will shape the experience of digital products used by thousands of healthcare professionals and their patients. You will take ownership of the design process for key features, working across both B2B and B2C domains to create intuitive, impactful, and visually compelling experiences. This role involves collaborating closely with product managers, engineers, and other designers to translate user needs and business requirements into thoughtful design solutions. You will conduct user research, usability testing, and prototyping to ensure your designs are both practical and delightful. Additionally, you will mentor junior designers and advocate for design thinking across the organization, contributing to a cohesive and high-quality design language. Accountabilities:

• Lead end-to-end design processes from research and discovery through wireframing, prototyping, testing, and high-fidelity UI delivery
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to translate user needs and business requirements into effective, user-centric solutions
• Conduct user research, interviews, and usability tests to validate design decisions and gather actionable insights
• Maintain design consistency across products using a shared design system
• Simplify complex workflows and present information in clear, accessible ways
• Mentor and inspire other designers, promoting design best practices across the organization
  
  
  

Requirements

• 5+ years of experience in product design (UX/UI) with a strong portfolio showcasing end-to-end design work for web and/or mobile products
• Fluency in Finnish (both written and spoken) and professional proficiency in English
• Expertise in modern design and prototyping tools, especially Figma
• Strong communication skills to articulate design rationale and collaborate effectively with diverse teams
• Empathy for users and passion for solving real-world problems, particularly in healthcare
• Experience working in fast-growing, global SaaS environments is preferred
