AI & Dynamics 365 Developer

We are looking for an experienced Dynamics 365 and Copilot Studio Developer to join our team, who will be responsible for developing cutting-edge solutions based on artificial intelligence and business process automation for an international banking client. We are looking for a person who combines technical knowledge with an innovative approach to CRM solution design, as well as a passion for developing applications based on Copilot Studio and proprietary AI agents.

Your tasks

• Design and development of Dynamics 365 solutions (Sales/Service modules) using plugins, workflows, custom APIs and Power Automate
• Building and deploying intelligent agents and Copilots in Copilot Studio to support business processes and user interactions
• Building and integrating AI solutions into the Microsoft ecosystem (Power Platform, Azure, Microsoft 365)
• Designing and optimizing conversational flows, NLP and agent logic
• Running tests, managing deployments and CI/CD in Dynamics and Copilot Studio environments
• Collaborating with business analysts and advising on Copilot Studio and AI best practices
  
  

Requirements

• Minimum 5 years of experience in Dynamics 365 (Sales/Services) solution development
• Familiarity with building solutions based on Copilot Studio or Power Virtual Agents
• Proficiency in Dynamics 365 SDK, plugins, workflow, Dataverse and Power Platform
• Experience working with AI agents (Azure Bot Framework, Azure AI, OpenAI)
• Programming skills (C#, JavaScript, .NET, REST API) and knowledge of Azure DevOps
• Familiarity with NLP, conversational agent design and integration of AI services in a Microsoft environment
• Willingness to work in a hybrid model
• Fluency in Polish language required
• Residence in Poland required
