Role Overview

We’re looking for a motivated and collaborative individual to join our WFA People Experience & Operations team in Kraków. As a Senior Coordinator, you’ll play a key role in supporting HR processes across Europe. You’ll help ensure smooth operations, provide excellent service to employees, and contribute to process improvements. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys working in a dynamic, international environment and is comfortable using their language skills to support multiple countries.

Responsibilities

  • Support HR processes and other activities across European countries;
  • Act as a go-to person for your area, sharing knowledge and helping teammates when needed;
  • Handle more complex or sensitive cases with care and professionalism;
  • Perform checks to ensure data accuracy and consistency;
  • Help resolve queries and escalate issues when necessary;
  • Contribute to improving processes and maintaining documentation;
  • Collaborate with your team to deliver high-quality service and meet performance goals;
  • Assist with onboarding and training of new team members.

Qualifications

  • Fluency in English and additional language (German/Spanish/French/Turkish/Polish);
  • Previous experience in HR Operations or a similar role;
  • Strong attention to detail and a proactive mindset;
  • Good communication skills and a customer-focused approach;
  • Willingness to learn and grow within the role and HR Function;
  • Team player with a hands-on attitude;
  • Familiarity with HR systems and processes is a plus;
  • Experience with quality checks or controls is helpful but not required.
