We are looking for Human Resources Specialist to join the Human Resources Directorate of our university who meets the following criteria:


Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree from relevant departments,
  • Minimum 3–4 years of hands-on experience in recruitment,
  • Familiarity with modern recruitment methods and digital screening/assessment tools,
  • Strong communication, analytical thinking, planning, and follow-up skills,
  • Collaborative, solution-oriented, and results-driven mindset,
  • Proficiency in MS Office applications,
  • Good command of English,
  • Embraces the HR Business Partner approach and is open to development in this area.


Job Description

  • Managing end-to-end recruitment processes in line with institutional hiring needs (need analysis, job posting, candidate screening, interviews, offer, etc.),
  • Exploring and implementing innovative and alternative recruitment channels,
  • Supporting employer branding and candidate experience initiatives,
  • Building talent pipelines through internal and external partnerships (e.g., career fairs, alumni engagement, university collaborations),
  • Effectively using digital recruitment tools (LinkedIn Recruiter, Kariyer.net, etc.),
  • Preparing reports and conducting analysis related to recruitment activities,
  • Collaborating closely with academic and administrative units to conduct needs assessments,
  • Supporting core HR processes such as onboarding and development,
  • Contributing to the implementation and internalization of HR policies across assigned units,
  • Developing action plans to enhance employee experience.
