We are currently looking for Cyber Security Team Member to join our Security and Risk Team. The position will be located in İstanbul, Ankara and Kocaeli (hybrid).
Responsibilities:
- Implement and manage security technologies such as DLP, CASB, IRM, EDR, and PAM across the organization.
- Perform data classification, labeling, and discovery activities to ensure proper data handling and protection.
- Monitor and support SOC operations, including threat detection, incident response, and escalation processes.
- Assist in the development and maintenance of cloud security policies and procedures.
- Ensure compliance with cybersecurity and regulatory standards such as ISO 27001, NIST, and CIS.
- Support risk assessment and mitigation activities for IT systems, applications, and cloud environments.
- Review and analyze technical documentation and security configurations to identify potential vulnerabilities.
- Collaborate with internal teams and external stakeholders to implement security solutions and address security incidents.
- Participate in security audits, assessments, and continuous improvement initiatives.
- Maintain up-to-date knowledge of emerging threats, vulnerabilities, and security technologies relevant to the organization.
Candidates should have the following qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Engineering, Electrical-Electronics Engineering, Electronics and Communication Engineering, Industrial Engineering, or other relevant departments.
- Preferably, a minimum of 4 years of professional experience in an cyber security-related environment.
- Experience with security technologies such as DLP, CASB, IRM, EDR, and PAM.
- Hands-on experience in data classification, labeling, and discovery processes.
- Intermediate knowledge of cloud security concepts.
- Familiarity with compliance and cybersecurity standards such as ISO 27001, NIST, and CIS.
- Experience in SOC processes and able to actively support security operations.
- Basic knowledge of network and email security.
- Familiarity with cyberattacks, defensive techniques, malware, and incident response processes.
- Committed to continuous learning and self-improvement.
- Holds relevant technical certifications in the field.
- Fluent in English, both written and spoken.
- Strong team player with a high level of self-motivation and personal initiative.
- Customer and solution-oriented work approach.
