We are currently looking for Cyber Security Team Member to join our Security and Risk Team. The position will be located in İstanbul, Ankara and Kocaeli (hybrid).


Responsibilities:

  • Implement and manage security technologies such as DLP, CASB, IRM, EDR, and PAM across the organization.
  • Perform data classification, labeling, and discovery activities to ensure proper data handling and protection.
  • Monitor and support SOC operations, including threat detection, incident response, and escalation processes.
  • Assist in the development and maintenance of cloud security policies and procedures.
  • Ensure compliance with cybersecurity and regulatory standards such as ISO 27001, NIST, and CIS.
  • Support risk assessment and mitigation activities for IT systems, applications, and cloud environments.
  • Review and analyze technical documentation and security configurations to identify potential vulnerabilities.
  • Collaborate with internal teams and external stakeholders to implement security solutions and address security incidents.
  • Participate in security audits, assessments, and continuous improvement initiatives.
  • Maintain up-to-date knowledge of emerging threats, vulnerabilities, and security technologies relevant to the organization.


Candidates should have the following qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Engineering, Electrical-Electronics Engineering, Electronics and Communication Engineering, Industrial Engineering, or other relevant departments.
  • Preferably, a minimum of 4 years of professional experience in an cyber security-related environment.
  • Experience with security technologies such as DLP, CASB, IRM, EDR, and PAM.
  • Hands-on experience in data classification, labeling, and discovery processes.
  • Intermediate knowledge of cloud security concepts.
  • Familiarity with compliance and cybersecurity standards such as ISO 27001, NIST, and CIS.
  • Experience in SOC processes and able to actively support security operations.
  • Basic knowledge of network and email security.
  • Familiarity with cyberattacks, defensive techniques, malware, and incident response processes.
  • Committed to continuous learning and self-improvement.
  • Holds relevant technical certifications in the field.
  • Fluent in English, both written and spoken.
  • Strong team player with a high level of self-motivation and personal initiative.
  • Customer and solution-oriented work approach.
