As a Senior Project Manager in CNS, you will oversee the planning, execution, and successful completion of clinical trials from start-up through closeout. You will work in a dynamic, collaborative, and client-focused environment, guiding multidisciplinary teams while ensuring project deliverables meet time, quality, and cost expectations. You will have a direct impact on advancing clinical research in the CNS therapeutic area while shaping project strategy, mentoring team members, and fostering operational excellence across global initiatives.
Accountabilities:
- Lead and coordinate all aspects of clinical trials, from planning to closeout activities
- Manage the technical, financial, and operational elements of projects to ensure successful outcomes
- Collaborate with functional area leads to identify, evaluate, and resolve complex project issues
- Ensure project deliverables align with client expectations regarding quality, time, and cost
- Mentor and guide multidisciplinary project teams, providing support and fostering collaboration
- Apply innovative and proactive solutions to enhance project delivery and operational efficiency
- 6-7 years of industry experience with a minimum of 5 years in Clinical Project Management within a CRO setting
- Proven experience in CNS clinical trials is required
- University or college degree in Life Sciences or a related field is preferred
- Strong project management skills, including budgeting, planning, and risk management
- Excellent communication, leadership, and problem-solving abilities
- Ability to work effectively in demanding situations and across diverse, global teams
- Willingness to travel when needed
