As a Senior Project Manager in CNS, you will oversee the planning, execution, and successful completion of clinical trials from start-up through closeout. You will work in a dynamic, collaborative, and client-focused environment, guiding multidisciplinary teams while ensuring project deliverables meet time, quality, and cost expectations. This role provides the opportunity to collaborate closely with scientific and therapeutic experts, apply operational expertise to complex trials, and drive innovative solutions. You will have a direct impact on advancing clinical research in the CNS therapeutic area while shaping project strategy, mentoring team members, and fostering operational excellence across global initiatives.
Accountabilities:
- Lead and coordinate all aspects of clinical trials, from planning to closeout activities
- Manage the technical, financial, and operational elements of projects to ensure successful outcomes
- Collaborate with functional area leads to identify, evaluate, and resolve complex project issues
- Ensure project deliverables align with client expectations regarding quality, time, and cost
- Mentor and guide multidisciplinary project teams, providing support and fostering collaboration
- Apply innovative and proactive solutions to enhance project delivery and operational efficiency
- 6-7 years of industry experience with a minimum of 5 years in Clinical Project Management within a CRO setting
- Proven experience in CNS clinical trials is required
- University or college degree in Life Sciences or a related field is preferred
- Strong project management skills, including budgeting, planning, and risk management
- Excellent communication, leadership, and problem-solving abilities
- Ability to work effectively in demanding situations and across diverse, global teams
- Willingness to travel when needed
