We’re now expanding our development team with a skilled Software Engineer who wants to build scalable, reliable software that makes data matter. The role can be adjusted to fit a more senior level for the right candidate.

About the Role

As a Software Engineer at CountMatters, you’ll be part of a small, agile development team working on our cloud-based analytics platform.

You’ll collaborate across teams to design, develop, and maintain software that combines advanced data processing with an intuitive user experience.

This is a hands-on role where your ideas directly shape the platform used by hundreds of customers every day.

Key Responsibilities

• Design, build, and maintain web applications using C#, .NET, and JavaScript (Vue.js, React, or Angular).

• Implement data integrations and APIs for real-time analytics and reporting.

• Collaborate with Product and UX teams to deliver elegant, high-performing features.

• Write clean, efficient, and testable code with scalability in mind.

• Participate in code reviews and agile development practices.

• Troubleshoot, optimize, and continuously improve platform performance.

What You Bring

• 5+ years of professional experience in software development.

• Strong skills in C# and .NET (Core or Framework).

• Experience with modern JavaScript frameworks (preferably Vue.js, React, or Angular).

• Good understanding of SQL and relational databases (PostgreSQL, SQL Server).

• Familiar with Azure DevOps, Git, RabbitMQ, and Elasticsearch.

• Fluent in English, both written and spoken.
