MEARI Region Product Management

We are seeking a highly - qualified and experienced Regional Product Manager to be based in Dubai. The ideal candidate will be responsible for the Middle East, North Africa, Russia, and India markets, acting as a crucial link between local branches and the headquarters of Chinese home appliance companies.

This position requires an in - depth expertise in refrigerator and washing machine products. The candidate should possess extensive knowledge of the local market environment, particularly in Saudi Arabia, Egypt, and Russia. Work experience in product management, preferably with a background in product development or sales, and exposure to the same industries.

Candidates must have at least a bachelor's degree in relevant fields. Fluency in English is essential, and knowledge of local languages will be an added advantage. The successful candidate will demonstrate a comprehensive understanding of the industry and market, outstanding communication skills, and the ability to handle data analysis effectively to drive product success in the assigned markets.

Responsibilities

• Product Benchmark study and lead BU to plan the right product and compete in reasonable price.
• Considering the product gap with competitors and local market insights, cooperate with BU and HQ to lead new product development and ensure the successful GTM.
• Improve GM% by product mix.
• Lead Hero products GTM in key countries like Saudi, Russia, Egypt, India etc.

Qualifications

• At least 10 years of experience as a product manager in the home appliance industry, with a focus on refrigerator and washing machine products.
• Proven track record of successfully managing product lines in international markets, especially in the Middle East, North Africa, Russia, and India.
• In - depth understanding of the local markets in Saudi Arabia, Egypt, and Russia, including market dynamics, consumer behavior, and local business environment.
• Prior experience in product development, product marketing, or sales related to home appliances is highly desirable.
• Strong market analysis skills to identify opportunities and risks in the target markets.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to collaborate effectively with local branches, headquarters, and various stakeholders.
