We’re looking for an AI Software Solutions Engineer to join a world-class technology services company that’s helping enterprises unlock the true potential of Artificial Intelligence.

Based onsite in Abu Dhabi, this role will see you working closely with key clients to architect, build, and deliver next-generation AI solutions that drive real business impact. (Some remote flexibility included.)

As an AI Software Solutions Engineer, you’ll be a trusted technical partner collaborating across engineering, product, and customer teams to design and deploy AI-driven applications and platforms. You’ll work hands-on with Generative AI models, LLMs, and agentic systems, leveraging frameworks like PyTorch and TensorFlow to bring innovative solutions to life.

This role suits someone who loves problem-solving, thrives in client-facing environments, and enjoys translating complex AI technologies into practical, scalable systems that deliver measurable outcomes.

What You’ll Be Doing

• Design and implement end-to-end AI software solutions for enterprise clients.
• Work hands-on with LLMs and generative AI models (e.g. GPT, Claude, Gemini, DALL·E, Stable Diffusion).
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to integrate AI models into existing systems and workflows.
• Engage directly with customers, providing expert consultancy on AI use cases and implementation strategies.
• Apply strong coding skills (Python, JavaScript) to develop, optimize, and deploy ML models using frameworks such as PyTorch or TensorFlow.
• Stay ahead of emerging AI trends and help shape strategic recommendations for client projects.

What You’ll Bring

• 3+ years’ experience in software engineering, ideally focused on AI or ML applications.
• Strong programming background in Python and/or JavaScript.
• Practical experience with ML libraries such as PyTorch, TensorFlow, or similar.
• Proven track record working in client-facing, consultative technical roles.
• Deep interest and practical exposure to Generative AI, LLMs, and agentic systems.
• Excellent communication skills, capable of simplifying complex concepts for diverse audiences.
• A proactive, creative mindset and the ability to thrive in fast-moving, technical environments.
