Responsibilities
- Assist in collecting, cleaning, and preparing data for analysis and modeling.
- Collaborate with senior data scientists to identify patterns and trends in complex datasets.
- Support the development and implementation of predictive models and algorithms.
- Contribute to the visual representation of data findings using data visualization tools.
- Help create detailed reports and presentations to communicate analytical insights.
- Participate in brainstorming sessions to support the strategic direction for projects.
- Engage with cross-functional teams to understand business needs and data requirements.
- Maintain accurate and comprehensive documentation of data science processes and results.
- Stay updated with emerging trends and technologies in the field of data science.
- Contribute to maintaining high-quality standards of data integrity and security.
- Assist in evaluating the effectiveness and accuracy of data sources and data-gathering techniques.
- Support the automation of routine data analysis and modeling processes where applicable.
- Bachelor’s degree in Data Science, Statistics, Computer Science, or related field.
- Fundamental understanding of data structures, statistical analysis, and algorithms.
- Proficiency in programming languages such as Python, R, or SQL for data analysis.
- Basic experience with data visualization tools like Tableau, Power BI, or Matplotlib.
- Strong analytical skills and attention to detail for data interpretation and problem solving.
- Good communication skills to effectively convey technical concepts to non-technical audiences.
- Aptitude for continuous learning and passion for data-driven decision making.
