The role?

A new role has arisen for a Personnel Coordinator to join our offices in Tananger, Norway on a Fixed Term Contract. This is to run until likely August 2026.

The role will involve collaborating with departments and Project Managers for the planning and production of work scopes, and ensure that qualified personnel are mobilised accordingly.

Other main duties and responsibilities will be;

• Assist in the process of hiring personnel for rotational and ad-hoc work, in accordance with the company's process and customer's requirements
• Map the competence and work performance of hired personnel, for use in later hiring
• Update CV's in collaboration with HR
• Update the personnel database with the next of kin, contact person, courses and expertise
• Responsible for booking flight tickets and hotels for personnel
• Perform necessary tasks according to area of responsibility
  
  

You are?

To be successful for this role you will have previous experience in a recruitment/personnel administration role. You will be used to a fast paced nature of working and hold strong communication skills in English as well as Norwegian.
