AI Engineer (Intelligent Voice)

Key Responsibilities:

• Design, implement, and optimize STT and TTS solutions tailored for high-security environments.
• Integrate WebRTC noise reduction technology to enhance speech recognition accuracy in noisy environments.
• Develop and optimize speech recognition algorithms, incorporating WebRTC modules to handle complex audio scenarios.
• Collaborate closely with development teams to ensure seamless integration of voice functionalities with other system modules.
• Configure and train NLP models to support domain-specific vocabulary and multilingual requirements (English and Arabic).
• Conduct performance testing to ensure low latency (under 2 seconds) and high concurrency (up to 100 concurrent sessions).
• Implement encryption and other security measures to comply with strict data protection policies.
• Troubleshoot and resolve issues related to intelligent voice functionalities during testing and deployment phases.
• Provide documentation and training to ensure smooth post-delivery maintenance.

Technical Skills:

• Programming Languages: Proficiency in Python, C++, or Go for voice system development.
• Frameworks/Tools: TensorFlow or PyTorch for NLP and speech model training. Kaldi or Wav2Vec for advanced STT implementation. WaveNet or Tacotron for high-quality TTS synthesis. Familiarity with audio processing libraries like Librosa or PyDub.
• Noise Reduction: Expertise in utilizing WebRTC noise reduction modules and optimizing their application in audio preprocessing.
• Multilingual Support: Experience configuring systems for English and Arabic (including dialects).
• Security and Compliance: Strong understanding of AES-256 encryption, TLS protocols, and secure data handling practices.

Experience:

• At least 3 years of experience in STT/TTS development, with preference for candidates experienced in high-security or defense-related projects.
• Proven track record of optimizing speech recognition systems for noisy or multi-speaker environments.
• Familiarity with deploying intelligent voice systems in edge computing environments.
