About the Role:

Tatweer is looking for a dynamic and experienced Project Manager to lead and deliver innovative projects in Smart City, AI, ELV, and Public Safety solutions. The ideal candidate will combine technical expertise with strong leadership and project management skills to ensure successful, high-quality, and on-time delivery.

Key Responsibilities:

• Define Project Scope: Establish objectives, deliverables, and timelines.
• Stakeholder Management: Coordinate with clients, contractors, and government authorities.
• Budget & Risk Management: Plan resources, control budgets, and mitigate project risks.
• System Integration: Design and integrate CCTV, ANPR, ACS, and PAVA systems.
• Team Leadership: Lead multidisciplinary teams and oversee system deployments.
• Testing & Quality: Ensure system performance meets standards and KPIs.
• Reporting: Prepare progress reports, presentations, and stakeholder updates.
• Innovation: Implement AI, IoT, and analytics to deliver future-ready solutions.
• Maintenance: Oversee system upkeep and ensure SLA and compliance adherence.

Technical & Professional Skills:

• Strong knowledge of public safety regulations and security/ELV systems.
• Expertise in Project Management methodologies (PMP, Agile, etc.).
• Excellent leadership, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
• Technical background in networking, structured cabling, and system integration.
• Experience in AI-based systems, smart vehicles, and smart city applications.
• Ability to communicate fluently in Arabic and English (both required).

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Computer Science, or a related field.
• PMP Certification or equivalent is preferred.
• Minimum 5+ years of experience managing complex projects in ELV / Smart City / AI domains.
• Strong organizational, analytical, and problem-solving skills.
