Looking for an experienced SAP Solution Architect to lead the enterprise’s SAP transformation journey from ECC to S/4HANA. The role is responsible for defining the SAP roadmap, designing end-to-end architecture solutions, and ensuring alignment with business strategy and enterprise IT standards.

Key Responsibilities:

• Define and own the SAP S/4HANA transformation roadmap, ensuring alignment with business goals.
• Lead solution architecture and design across SAP Finance and related ERP domains.
• Recommend and implement best practices for ECC to S/4HANA migration, data integration, and quality assurance.
• Establish and enforce architecture standards, principles, and reference models.
• Collaborate with business leaders, delivery teams, and vendors to translate objectives into architecture solutions.
• Provide expert advisory on emerging SAP technologies (RISE with SAP, BTP, AI/ML integration).
• Mentor technical teams and contribute to enterprise architecture maturity and governance.

Key Requirements:

• 10+ years of experience in Solution/Technology Architecture with strong SAP S/4HANA transformation exposure.
• Deep expertise in SAP Finance and cross-module ERP integrations.
• Strong knowledge of SAP DMLT tools, data migration, and S/4HANA architecture.
• Experience with Enterprise Architecture frameworks (TOGAF or equivalent).
• Proficiency in SAP BTP, CPI, and cloud deployment models (preferably Azure).
• Proven ability to operate in both agile (SAFe/Scrum) and waterfall environments.
• Excellent stakeholder management, communication, and leadership skills.
• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or related field.
• SAP Certification (S/4HANA Solution or Architecture track).
• TOGAF, SAFe Architect, or equivalent EA certification preferred.
