💻 What You’ll Do

• Build and maintain native Android apps used by thousands of end users daily.
• Leverage modern Android frameworks, design patterns, and clean code practices.
• Integrate with RESTful APIs and work with secure mobile authentication flows.
• Collaborate in an Agile environment with designers, product owners, and engineers.
• Mentor and support junior developers, driving code quality and best practices.
• Stay on top of the latest Android trends — and put them into action.

🧠 What We’re Looking For

• 2+ years of native Android development experience (Kotlin & Java).
• Solid understanding of Android architecture patterns (MVVM, Clean Architecture).
• Experience with Jetpack Compose, coroutines, and modern Android libraries.
• Strong testing mindset (JUnit, Espresso, Robolectric).
• Familiarity with security protocols like OAuth / Android Keystore.
• Experience working on financial services or transactional apps is a huge plus.
• Comfortable working onsite in Downtown Toronto 4 days/week.
