Job Description
- Facilitate the adoption of Agile practices within the technology department.
- Coach teams and individuals to enhance Agile maturity and performance.
- Collaborate with stakeholders to align Agile processes with organisational goals.
- Conduct workshops and training sessions on Agile frameworks and methodologies.
- Identify and address challenges hindering Agile adoption.
- Support the development of high-performing, self-organising teams.
- Provide metrics and reporting to demonstrate Agile progress and success.
- Promote a culture of continuous improvement and innovation.
A Successful Agile Coach Should Have
- Proven experience in implementing Agile frameworks such as Scrum or Kanban.
- Strong knowledge of Agile principles and practices within the technology sector.
- Excellent coaching and mentoring skills to support team development.
- Ability to influence and engage with stakeholders across various levels.
- Problem-solving skills to address and overcome Agile transformation challenges.
- Familiarity with tools such as JIRA or Confluence.
