Job Description
- Facilitate the adoption of Agile practices within the technology department.

- Identify and address challenges hindering Agile adoption.

A Successful Agile Coach Should Have
- Proven experience in implementing Agile frameworks such as Scrum or Kanban.
- Strong knowledge of Agile principles and practices within the technology sector.
- Excellent coaching and mentoring skills to support team development.
- Ability to influence and engage with stakeholders across various levels.
- Problem-solving skills to address and overcome Agile transformation challenges.
- Familiarity with tools such as JIRA or Confluence.
