We are seeking an experienced and forward-thinking Blockchain Project Manager to lead the planning, execution, and delivery of blockchain-related initiatives. The ideal candidate will have a solid understanding of blockchain technologies, excellent project management skills, and the ability to bridge the gap between technical and business teams.

You will be responsible for managing project timelines, budgets, and resources while ensuring successful delivery of innovative blockchain solutions that align with business objectives.

• Lead and manage blockchain projects from conception through deployment and evaluation.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams including engineering, product, and business stakeholders.
• Define project scope, objectives, deliverables, and success metrics.
• Develop detailed project plans, timelines, and resource allocation schedules.
• Manage risks, issues, and dependencies to ensure timely delivery.
• Coordinate with blockchain developers and solution architects to ensure technical feasibility.
• Stay up to date with blockchain technologies, trends, and regulatory developments.
• Communicate project progress, status, and insights to senior management and stakeholders.

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Business, or a related field.
• 5–8 years of project management experience, with at least 2 years managing blockchain or emerging technology projects.
• Strong understanding of blockchain fundamentals, smart contracts, and distributed ledger technologies.
• Proven experience delivering complex technology projects on time and within budget.
• Proficiency in project management methodologies (Agile, Scrum, or hybrid frameworks).
• Excellent leadership, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
• PMP, Agile, or blockchain-related certification is an advantage.
• Must have the legal right to work in Singapore.
