Lendlease Singapore is currently searching for a highly skilled and motivated Business Data Analyst to join our team.

In this role, you will be crucial in developing and implementing data-driven solutions within a retail mall business analytics environment.

You will specialize in UI/UX for software applications, seamlessly integrating with various databases and datasets to fulfil customer business requirements.

This role is pivotal in transforming customer business analytics requirements into intuitive, data-driven visualizations and actionable metrics.

Key Responsibilities

  • Business Requirements Analysis: Work closely with retail mall management, tenants, and other stakeholders to understand their business needs and translate them into technical requirements for data analysis and visualization.
  • Data Integration: Integrate diverse datasets (e.g., footfall, sales, tenants and property performance, loyalty programs) into the SaaS platform using APIs, ETL pipelines, and database connectors to create a unified dataset for analysis.
  • UI/UX Design & Development: Design and build user interfaces and user experiences for our SaaS business analytics platform. Ensure dashboards and reports are intuitive, visually appealing, and easy for end-users to navigate.
  • Dashboard & Report Generation: Develop and maintain interactive dashboards, reports, and data visualizations that provide key insights into retail and finance performance, customer behavior, and operational efficiency.
  • Data Modelling & Metrics: Create and manage data models to support analytics, defining and tracking key performance indicators (KPIs) and metrics relevant to the retail industry. Ensure data integrity, consistency, and security across all analytics modules.
  • Training & Support: Provide training and ongoing support to users, helping them leverage the platform's full capabilities to make informed business decisions.


Required Skills & Qualifications

  • Proven experience as a Business Data Analyst, with a strong focus on UI/UX design and development.
  • Proficiency in data visualization tools such as BigQuery or similar.
  • Strong understanding of relational databases (e.g., SQL Server, PostgreSQL), database management, querying languages and data integration techniques.
  • Experience with SaaS (Software as a Service) business models and multi-tenant application environments.
  • Strong understanding of data modelling, ETL processes, and data warehousing concepts.
  • Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
  • Experience working in the retail or commercial property management sector is a plus.
  • A bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Business Analytics, or a related field is preferred.
