In The Short Term, You Will
- Become familiar with our codebase, tech stack, development and deployment process, and our project management process.
- Integrate into the development team and understand the weekly workflow.
- Get to know our clients and how they use our products.
- Assist the back-end team on the next-generation versions of our content management system (CMS), learning management system (LMS), Human Resources software tools, and other YCP resellable software services.
- Improve the current stable releases of our existing SAAS platforms.
- Producing, maintaining, and modifying websites and user interfaces.
- Creating tools that enhance the user’s website experience.
- Support customers of the platforms we offer via chat, phone, and email.
- Provide quality assurance (QA) and code coverage checks.
- Ability to test and debug websites.
- As needed, collaborate together with the back-end development team to build custom components for larger client websites.
- As needed, work with third-party systems and APIs to integrate with our products.
- Provide assistance at the server level for upgrades, installs, and maintenance.

What You Know
- 3+ years of front-end web development experience.
- Proficient with HTML, JavaScript and web development frameworks.
- Vast knowledge of CSS/SASS
- Experience with XML
- Understanding of key website design principles and SEO optimization.
- Ensuring websites are accessible across many platforms, including laptops and smartphones.
- Familiar in C#.NET a plus
- Familiarity with Relational Databases and SQL.
- BS degree in Computer Science, related study, or equivalent experience.
