Product Designer – Insights & Analytics / Reporting (New York City or Remote, U.S.)

About The Role

  • Insights & Analytics
  • Design data-rich, visually compelling experiences that help clients understand and optimize financial behaviors.
  • Deliver polished UI and interaction design for dashboards and visual analytics tools.
  • Collaborate with product and data teams to transform insights into elegant, user-driven design solutions.
  • Reporting
  • Redefine how clients access and interpret complex reporting data.
  • Simplify intricate user flows, turning large-scale information into clear, actionable interfaces.
  • Design seamless, accessible experiences across multi-platform applications.
  • Own end-to-end design—from research and wireframes to high-fidelity visuals and prototypes.
  • Work closely with product managers, engineers, and fellow designers in an agile, embedded team model.
  • Advocate for design best practices, accessibility, and user-centered decision-making.
  • Contribute to the evolution of a growing design culture and design system.
  • A designer with 7+ years of experience (or equivalent skill demonstrated through portfolio).
  • Deep expertise in UI, UX, and interaction design , with the ability to turn complex data or workflows into intuitive user experiences.
  • Proficient in Figma and familiar with tools for journey mapping, service design, and AI prototyping.
  • Experience in regulated industries (finance, insurance, etc.) is a plus—but not required.
  • A collaborative thinker who values craft, precision, and problem-solving over flash.
  • A stable, growth-oriented professional ready to contribute to a high-performing, expanding team.
  • Preferred: New York City (hybrid – a few days per week in office).
  • Open to: Fully remote candidates across the U.S.
  • Long-term opportunities for conversion in New York or Pittsburgh.
