Key Responsibilities:

• Design and develop robust, scalable, and secure backend services using Java (Spring Boot).
• Collaborate with product managers, frontend developers, DevOps, and QA teams to deliver end-to-end features.
• Architect solutions with a strong focus on performance, scalability, and maintainability.
• Write unit, integration, and functional tests to ensure high code quality.
• Lead code reviews, mentor junior developers, and establish best practices in coding and design.
• Contribute to microservices architecture and participate in the decision-making process for design and implementation.
• Troubleshoot and resolve production issues and performance bottlenecks.
• Participate in Agile/Scrum ceremonies and contribute to project planning and estimation.

Qualifications:

• 7+ years of professional Java development experience .
• Strong hands-on experience with Spring Boot, Spring MVC, Spring Data, and Spring Security.
• Deep understanding of RESTful API design and best practices.
• Proficiency in Java 11+ (Java 17+ preferred).
• Experience with multithreading, concurrency, and asynchronous programming in Java.
• Solid knowledge of software design patterns and principles (OOP, SOLID, DDD, etc.).
• Experience with build tools like Maven or Gradle.
• Strong understanding of unit testing (JUnit, Mockito) and integration testing.
• Familiarity with Docker, Kubernetes, or container-based development.
• Knowledge of CI/CD tools (e.g., Jenkins, GitHub Actions, GitLab CI).
• Comfortable with version control systems (Git), code reviews, and collaborative development.
• Excellent problem-solving and communication skills.
