لمبرمج (IT Developer) في قسم تكنولوجيا المعلومات لشركة وساطة مالية:

المسمى الوظيفي: مبرمج – قسم تكنولوجيا المعلومات 

التبعية: مدير قسم تكنولوجيا المعلومات 

الموقع: شركة وساطة مالية

المهام والمسؤوليات:

- تطوير وصيانة تطبيقات ومنصات الشركة (بما في ذلك أنظمة التداول والتقارير). 

- تحليل متطلبات الأقسام المختلفة وتصميم حلول برمجية تلبي احتياجاتهم. 

- دعم التكامل مع واجهات برمجة التطبيقات (APIs) الخاصة ببورصة قطر وهيئة قطر للأسواق المالية. 

- إجراء اختبارات مستمرة لضمان أداء واستقرار الأنظمة. 

- معالجة الأعطال التقنية والبرمجية في الأنظمة بسرعة وكفاءة. 

- توثيق جميع البرمجيات والتحديثات والمشاريع المنفذة. 

- التعاون مع فرق الأمن السيبراني لضمان حماية البيانات. 

- تحديث الأنظمة وتقديم حلول تطويرية تواكب المتغيرات التقنية والأنظمة الرقابية. 

المؤهلات والخبرة المطلوبة:

- بكالوريوس في علوم الحاسب أو هندسة البرمجيات أو ما يعادلها. 

- خبرة لا تقل عن 3 سنوات في تطوير البرمجيات، ويفضل في قطاع الوساطة المالية. 

- إتقان لغات البرمجة مثل Java, C#, Python, أو PHP. 

- معرفة جيدة بقواعد البيانات مثل MySQL أو SQL Server. 

- مهارات تحليلية قوية ودقة في العمل تحت الضغط. 

- الإلمام بمتطلبات الأمن السيبراني والتنظيمات التقنية في السوق المالي القطري.

The Job Description for a Programmer (IT Developer) in a financial brokerage firm:

Job Title: IT Developer 

Department: Information Technology 

Reports To: IT Manager 

Location: Financial Brokerage Firm

Key Responsibilities:

- Develop and maintain the company’s applications and platforms, including trading systems and reporting tools. 

- Analyze departmental requirements and design customized software solutions. 

- Integrate with APIs provided by Qatar Stock Exchange and Qatar Financial Markets Authority. 

- Conduct regular testing to ensure performance, reliability, and system integrity. 

- Troubleshoot and resolve software-related issues promptly and effectively. 

- Document all development work, updates, and technical processes. 

- Collaborate with cybersecurity teams to ensure data protection and secure coding practices. 

- Implement system updates and develop enhancements in line with regulatory and business changes.

Qualifications & Experience:

- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or related field. 

- Minimum of 3 years of experience in software development, preferably in the financial or brokerage sector. 

- Proficiency in programming languages such as Java, C#, Python, or PHP.

- Strong knowledge of databases such as MySQL or SQL Server. 

- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills with attention to detail. 

• - Familiarity with cybersecurity standards and IT compliance in the Qatari financial market.
