Your Role:

As a Business Analyst at WhiteTech, you’ll transform business needs into clear product requirements and ensure smooth collaboration between stakeholders, developers, and clients. You’ll play a key role in shaping fintech solutions that meet real market needs.

What You’ll Do:

  • Conduct business and system analysis for fintech projects.
  • Gather and document requirements, create user stories and use cases.
  • Analyze market trends, competitor products, and customer feedback.
  • Collaborate with developers to integrate API/SDK solutions.
  • Prepare documentation, user guides, and training materials.
  • Support internal teams and partners with integration and product-related queries.
  • Contribute to testing and troubleshooting during product releases.

What We’re Looking For:

  • 3+ years of experience as a Business Analyst or Product Manager.
  • Experience in FinTech / Payments / SaaS.
  • Understanding of API integrations and ability to use Postman.
  • Basic programming knowledge (e.g. PHP, JavaScript, SQL).
  • Hands-on experience with Jira, Confluence, Miro, and Figma.
  • Strong communication and analytical skills.
  • Upper-Intermediate English and fluency in Ukrainian (mandatory).
  • Understanding of Agile/Scrum principles.
