Role Overview:

We’re looking for a mid-level Product Designer with a minimum of 3 years of experience in crafting intuitive, engaging digital products. You will be responsible for translating complex problems into elegant design solutions that drive learner success and business growth.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead end-to-end design for features and products across web and mobile platforms, from discovery to delivery.

• Conduct user research, usability testing, and competitive analysis to inform design decisions.

• Create wireframes, user flows, prototypes, and high-fidelity visual designs that communicate your solutions effectively.

• Collaborate closely with Product Managers, Engineers and other Designers to build and ship high-quality experiences.

• Advocate for user-centric design while balancing business objectives and technical constraints.

• Maintain and contribute to upGrad’s design system and guidelines to ensure consistency and scalability.

• Use data and feedback to iterate and improve existing features and user journeys.

Required Skills & Experience:

• 3+ years of professional experience in product design, interaction design, or UX/UI design.

• A strong portfolio demonstrating your process and impact on shipped digital products.

• Proficiency in design and prototyping tools such as Figma.

• Solid understanding of user-centered design principles and best practices across web and mobile platforms.

• Experience working in cross-functional teams in an agile environment.

• Strong visual design skills and attention to detail.

• Excellent communication and storytelling abilities to present your ideas confidently.
