Job Description-

Experience- 12 Yrs to 14 Yrs

Notice period- Immediate to 30 days

Required Skills and Qualifications

• 6+ years of experience in product management with exposure to AI-powered or enterprise SaaS products.
• Demonstrated success in increasing product adoption, growing feature usage, and enhancing user engagement.
• Strong analytical mindset; ability to derive insights from data and translate them into actionable product strategies.
• Experience using product analytics and visualization tools (e.g., Mixpanel, GA, Power BI, Amplitude).
• Solid understanding of AI/ML fundamentals, including LLMs, NLP, model integration, and data privacy concerns.
• Strong project management skills; capable of driving complex initiatives from ideation to launch within set timelines.
• Familiarity with Agile, Scrum, or Kanban methodologies and tools like JIRA, Confluence, and Trello.
• Proven ability to lead cross-functional teams, prioritize effectively, and manage competing demands.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills with the ability to influence stakeholders at all levels.

Preferred Qualifications

• Prior experience with LLM frameworks (e.g., LangChain, Semantic Kernel) or AI platforms like HuggingFace, Azure OpenAI, Google Vertex AI.
• Experience with product-led growth strategies and user lifecycle design (onboarding, activation, retention).
• Technical background or hands-on experience with AI tools, APIs, or platforms.

Exposure to RAG pipelines, agentic workflows, or vector-based search in an enterprise
