Overview
We are looking for a Junior Data & Insights Analyst – a curious, proactive, and analytical profile, eager to learn and grow in the field of data applied to Product and Marketing.
This person’s mission will be to analyze performance, support experiments, identify patterns, and generate business insights, helping evaluate new features, cluster users, and produce case studies for the Marketing team.
It’s an opportunity for someone who wants to develop in an environment that combines data, product, experimentation, and business strategy, working closely with data scientists, engineers, and PMs.
Requirements
- Degree or currently pursuing a degree in Statistics, Economics, Engineering, Data Science/Analytics, or a related field.
- Knowledge of applied statistics (hypothesis testing, performance metrics).
- Familiarity with basic experimentation concepts (A/B testing, cohorts).
- Familiarity with clustering techniques and predictive models.
- Ability to turn data into business insights.
- Strong communication skills to translate analyses into clear narratives.
- Strong analytical mindset with attention to detail and the ability to extract relevant insights.
- Curious, proactive, and eager to learn, always seeking better ways to understand and leverage data.
- Structured and logical, with problem-solving skills and solid business sense.
- Comfortable working collaboratively in multidisciplinary teams.
- Clear communicator, able to translate complex findings into actionable insights for diverse audiences.
- A team player who values continuous learning and enjoys balancing analytical depth with strategic vision.
Preferred Qualifications
- Basic knowledge of Databricks, PySpark, or Big Data environments.
- Academic or hands-on experience in Machine Learning.
- Interest in data-driven Product and Marketing environments.
- Knowledge of data analysis with Python (pandas, scikit-learn) or SQL.
- Intermediate English.
- Support performance analysis of campaigns, features, and products.
- Conduct exploratory and statistical analysis on datasets.
- Collaborate on experiments (A/B tests, basic clustering, cohort analysis).
- Support the evaluation of new features, translating results into clear insights.
- Develop case studies for Product and Marketing.
- Contribute to the organization and documentation of analyses and experiments.
- Work in partnership with the Product team to ensure insights become strategic actions.
