Job Summary:

Robert Half is partnering with an innovative real estate organisation undergoing a major shift in its technological operations to recruit a driven and detail-focused Technology Project Manager. This hybrid role provides the opportunity to work on impactful transformation projects while enhancing your expertise in technology-led programmes.


As the Technology Project Manager, you will work alongside the Head of Technology Project Management to ensure the effective delivery of strategic projects aligned with the company’s Technology Roadmap. By integrating quality assurance, business analysis, and project management skills, you’ll play an integral role in guiding projects through discovery, planning, execution, and final stages to ensure measurable outcomes.


We are looking for candidates with exceptional organisational skills, the ability to communicate professionally, and a solutions-oriented mindset. Formal qualifications in project management are not mandatoryadaptability, proactivity, and attention to detail are key to success in this role.


Key Responsibilities:

  • Research & Discovery: Gather project requirements, assess workflows, create prototypes, and define deliverable scopes.
  • Project Preparation: Plan timelines, allocate resources and budgets, implement risk mitigation strategies, and set up frameworks for testing and training.
  • Operational Oversight: Track stakeholder interactions, manage risks/issues, handle task prioritisation, and ensure all documentation is up-to-date.
  • Programme Coordination: Monitor development streams, synchronise resources across multiple projects, and provide regular updates on progress and next steps.
  • Testing & Evaluation: Design quality testing plans, support UAT (user acceptance testing), resolve bugs promptly, and uphold deliverable standards.
  • Closure Transition: Assist in integrating completed projects into BAU (business-as-usual) operations, compile reporting insights, and coordinate sessions to track benefits.
  • Collaborate with the Head of Technology Project Management on additional tasks related to operational improvement when required.


Essential Skills & Qualifications:

  • Strong communication skills for effective engagement with stakeholders and team members.
  • Problem-solving abilities to handle risks and challenges efficiently.
  • Ability to multitask and prioritise in dynamic environments.
  • A structured approach to tasks, ensuring attention to processes and details.
  • Forward-thinking attitude, with the ability to anticipate project needs proactively.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office tools.
  • Prior project management experience is preferred but not essential adaptability, attitude, and initiative matter most.
