Chief Executive Officer

Location: UK - Dubai (UK with occasional travel)

Salary: circa £250,000 base salary + Bonuses (Package flexible depending on experience)

We are working exclusively on this project, working with an established group of companies, currently on a journey to IPO with a valuation circa £150m. At the core of the organisation is a B2B SaaS platform designed to manage mobile applications.

The company provides a comprehensive suite of tools and services designed to work directly with publishers, developers, portfolio managers and advertisers.

The company is supported by a group of industry investors and as such does not need to raise any further capital at the time of listing.

We are looking to bring on board an established CEO to lead the company through the latter stages of the IPO process and beyond. the relevant candidate will have experience in the following key areas:

• Developing and Monetising SaaS platforms
• Blockchain technologies
• Listed company and institutional fundraising

You will take control of overall direction, financial performance and stakeholder engagement. You will be based in the UK/EU time-zone with regular travel to the middle-east. As leader of the group, you will be expected to exhibit a proven track record in business development, risk management and financial oversight.
