We're looking for a highly organised and creative Project Manager to lead the development, production and rollout of our social-first weekly series "Love That." This person will be responsible for keeping all moving parts aligned, from creative development to content production ensuring the series is delivered on time, within scope and with impact.

 

The ideal candidate has experience managing projects end to end, working with multiple teams including creative teams, agency's, and across multiple platforms. They should thrive in fast-paced environments, have a sharp eye for detail and understand what makes content resonate on platforms like Instagram, TikTok, YouTube and beyond.

 

This position is an initial 6 month Fixed Term Contract and will be working on-site 4 days per week in Paddington, W2 1NW.

Key responsibilities:

  • Oversee the end-to-end project management of the "Love That" social series
  • Coordinate across internal teams (creative, business units and product teams, production, social, design) and external partners to ensure deadlines and deliverables are met
  • Develop and manage project timelines, budgets, and resource allocation
  • Ensure creative consistency and brand alignment across all content
  • Track performance metrics, audience engagement and campaign success, providing regular reports and recommendations for optimisation
  • Troubleshoot challenges and proactively propose solutions to keep the project on track
  • Serve as the main point of contact for all stakeholders involved in the series

Requirements

  • Experience in project management experience, preferably in digital campaigns, or media production
  • Strong organisational and multitasking skills with proven ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously
  • Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
  • Familiarity with project management tools (e.g.Monday.com)
  • Understanding of social media platforms, formats, and best practices
  • Ability to translate creative ideas into structured plans and timelines
  • Comfortable working in a fast-moving, dynamic environment
  • Experience working with creative agencies, talent, or production crews
